I use Manga studio these days, but that page is a very old one and it was done manually with good old pen and paper, then the tone was added in photoshop. There are some newer pages in my gallery - you should be able to spot the ones done digitally as they're much newer. ^_^

I am in a slight confussion , i don't
no which manga studio version to use
Manga studio ex or debut .... can you please give a suggestion which one to use and explain the diffrence between ex or debut .

If you're starting out, you'll find that debut actually has most of what you'll need. If you're looking to hone inking and toning skills, debut has most of what ex has from what I've heard. I think what it's lacking is the speech bubble options and some more finer points like the 3d tools...tbh, I barely use anything beyond the basic part of ex as it is, haha. So debut is a good place to start ^_^
Biggest difference is that Debut is cheaper, so it depends on your budget and how complex you want to be. Best of luck!
