and just to simplify the process....had to try this.
The first ever page of Dragon Heir in its original form....and one of the last pages in Dragon Heir #9, released in 2009.

I've done about 100 pages of DH reborn since publishing #9, but it's more fun seeing 2 pages from opposite ends of the story! ^_^

Seeing your improvement is particularly interesting for me - you've improved so much :D! Looking at your comic pages makes me wish I had some aptitude towards comics haha, sadly not :P.

Really interesting! It's a combination of subtle improvements to the inking, toning, layout, composition and basic drawing. All the improvements seem small in isolation, but when put together on a finished page, it's such a big difference.

I was amlost disappointed there wasn't more change, haha. But I guess it's still the same series, so I couldn't have changed the actual overall look TOOOOO much. Still - more work to do!
