Okay, *takes deep breath*
So, in honour of Mr Ivashkov finally making his appearance in the Frostbite inks I'm working on at the moment, I thought it was finally time to share his original sketch ^_^
This is from a set of early concepts, and is the sketch that Richelle liked - which always makes me very happy! If she's happy with a design, I know I've done my job
Seeing how much love is out there for her amazing characters is wonderful, but I can't tell you how nerve-wracking it is to try and bring those same characters to life. I always have to tell myself that there's no way a drawing can possibly encapsulate everything that every reader sees in a character from a book - but I was really pleased with Adrian's casual smugness in this sketch. ^_^
